About this game
An extremely charming game for users aged 5 to 10, created by the renowned MECC studio based on the book of the same name by American artist and children's author Thomas ("Tomi") dePaola (1934–2020).
"The Art Lesson" itself is an autobiographical story by the aforementioned author, published in 1989 (naturally, with pictures and for the youngest audience), which tells the story of dePaola's childhood (born in the United States, but to an Irish mother and an Italian father), his passion for drawing, which manifested itself from an early age, and how his very first art lesson took place in the first grade of elementary school. The game's main menu, which is an image of little Tomi in the middle of a room, allows you to launch a local, improved version of this book in three versions at once: a page-by-page story with bonuses (click on the blank sheet of paper in the boy's hands).
