GOBLIINS 2 - The Story of a Published Solution

This story tells about the GREAT Cocktel Vision game called Gobliins 2: The Prince Buffoon !! The 2nd adventure after the 1st Gobliiins (the number of I stands for the number of the characters you can interact with).

I was almost 18th and me an friend of mine received the game from a "crepuscular" famous mail "seller" during those years. We really loved the way you need to solve the puzzle of the 1st episode so we decided to finish it !

We documented EVERYTHING we did during the gameplay to build a kind of walkthrough for our personal use. The game was really hard to beat because the puzzles were really unusual for that time but we go through day by day, each afternoon for almost 5 days.

We played it at my firend's house and he was playing it even at night when I was back home ! I did not like that very much at the beginning but at least it was ok because gaming was making us together every day !

The riddles were quite intricate and imaginative but after we solved the last puzzle and watched the ending sequence we asked ourselves: now what do we do with this super-detailed walkthrough? And we decide to send it to a Magazine hoping it will be published... It would have been a fantastic thing for the two of us to have our solution published in a well-known industry magazine in our country!

A walkthrough was never made so we gave it a chance. After few months the dream came true ! Unfortunately many sent a solution but ours was the choosen one even if it was not specifically credited to us !
