Octothello/FLIP-IT are variants on the board game REVERSI (or OTHELLO). There have been many versions of OTHELLO published in magazines and shareware libraries, and yet they all play VERY weak games - OCTOTHELLO is probably the first REALLY decent OTHELLO game to be released as shareware. OCTOTHELLO is much, much more than OTHELLO - you can set it for normal OTHELLO if you like, and it will play a VERY good game - or you can select hundreds of different board and corner shapes and sizes, with each variation having its own subtleties!
