Panthalassa: The Alternative NOAH

Panthalassa: The Alternative NOAH is a real-time strategy game set in an underwater world that became the site of the conflicts between the local Atlantean race and the rest of the humans (Earthians). The Atlanteans rely on organic warfare, while the Earthians have superior technology. The player can choose to control either of the races in two separate campaigns.

Rather than building bases and mining for resources the player always has access to the Mobile City, which serves as a permanent transportable base with all the equipment necessary to produce units, which are assembled out of torsos, weapons, and other parts. The game also contains adventure-like elements where talking to certain characters is necessary to advance the story.
