About this game
Year is somewhere in the 2300s. The Earth slowly but surely comes back to life after a great disaster. As the leader of the New City, you have to rally new citizens, expand your power and establish new cities. The game is played in real time, and the time is inexorable. You can choose from two maps - USA and Europe. Borders and countries are long gone after the disaster. Can your build a new state and outlive the others ?
