The first PC game I completed

This is gonna be a weird one. The first game I ever finished on a PC was Sonic CD. In a weird twist of fate, I had a Sega Genesis but never got the Sega CD addon. But years later I got my first job and my first PC, and when I went to Sams Club with my parents I got three games: Test Drive 4, Sonic & Knuckles Collection, and Sonic CD. But disaster struck when I got home as the Sonic & Knuckles Collection had no disc in the box, just an empty jewel case! So much for playing that one! But I did get Sonic CD installed and played it over a week and beat it.....using a keyboard instead of a controller because at that point I didn't have a controller, which worked fine for most games but took me time to adapt because I was used to consoles. I liked the differences CD had compared to the Genesis Sonic titles I had already played. The time travel mechanic was pretty cool and the "burn out" sprite Sonic had looked great. I later in life got a Sega CD as an adult and played the original Sega CD version but my nostalgia is always gonna be for that PC release.
